Set up automation for processes

Automation for processes is triggered at the stages of business processes. For example, at the moment when you are switching an order from one stage to another.

To add an action to a stage, you need to do the following:

Open a flowchart of a business process. Click on the stage and select “Actions”:

Click “+” to add a new action:

Select the action you need and click the "Add" button:

Configure the added action:

Open the action settings for the next step and add an action to it as well:

Several actions may be added at one stage, or there may be no actions at all.
