OneBox Network

OneBox Network - allows you to set up data exchange with other OneBoxes. For example with your partners, suppliers and exchange information in real time.

To use the OneBox Network application, set up your profile, for this:

1. Open the OneBox Network app:

2. Click the "Customize your profile" button:

3. Fill in all the fields in the form on this page and save the changes:

4. Similar actions must be performed in the second OneBox OS, with which the data exchange is configured.

After the profiles are configured, connect one OneBox OS to another, for this:

1. In the OneBox Network application, find the OneBox OS you want to connect. Its name will be as specified in the profile setting:

2. Click “Connect to my box”:

3. Specify the business processes and statuses in which the data should be created if a process / document / payment / contact is transferred to you and save the settings:

4. Open the "Fine-tuning process interaction" section:

and, if necessary, fill in the settings for matching the process fields and the need to transfer process products:

5. Similar actions must be performed in the second OneBox OS, with which the data exchange is configured.

After making the settings in the connected OneBox OS, an application for connection will be added in the OneBox Network application, confirm this application.

To transfer a process from one OneBox OS to another, follow these steps:

1. Open the process you want to send to another OneBox OS.

2. Send it to the OneBox Network application and select the OneBox OS to which you want to transfer this process.

3. The comments feed will display that the process has been sent through the OneBox Network to the specified company and will be immediately created in the OneBox where you sent this process:

As a result, the processes will be synchronized with each other. When writing a comment in one process, it will be passed to another process and vice versa.

To transfer a contact from one OneBox OS to another, follow these steps:

1. Open the contact you want to send to another OneBox OS.

2. Send it to the OneBox Network application and select the OneBox OS to which you want to transfer this contact:

The contact will be transferred to the selected OneBox OS, and a process of name and description of which will be information about the transferred contact will be created:

The transfer of documents and payments can be carried out in the same way.
