2) media/userfiles and /media/userfiles
the custom template does not fit in any of them (I am attaching)

The essence of the problem lies in downloading the price list with an up-to-date list of products every day. The standard function of downloading the price to the template from a file (select the file manually from the browser) only updates the lines of the price in the price and the quantity of the products that are available in the template.
It is necessary to download the goods to the template (conditionally from the 10th line) at each formation according to the settings (general price settings), and not to update the existing one. That is, it is necessary to update the list of goods, not only their quantity and prices. Placing a template from the internal file storage does not give results. The price is automatically downloaded daily without a template and column formatting.

I understand that, unfortunately, this is a complex function that was made for specific purposes, it will be difficult for me to explain to you how it works and how to upload it to it. I can just set it all up for you, just tell me which of the columns you need to upload to.
