For our part, we only provided a bare operating system, which was configured by Onebox specialists.
From the indicated logs, I see that there is a memory leak and overflow.
Which is most likely caused by one of the processes.
Perhaps the parameters for mysqld are not configured correctly.
It is possible that the boundary parameters for memory are set for it, after which this process is killed.
I emphasize once again that we do not set up any services on the server, because we do not have the competence to get into the internal kitchen: software versioning, fine-tuning services and OS, updates, etc….
There is no other software on this server except - Onebox
If Onebox needs some specific OS settings to work, then let them indicate which ones.

When changing server resources, all settings, as well as monitoring and maintenance of the server, are the task of the client's specialists.
We do not monitor and maintain client servers.
Server settings and solving issues not related to the code of our company's software product,
we can do it for a fee.
