How to save tables for all spivrobitniks

Why is there no way to reset personal settings like in MVP? One user definitely didn’t log in to my account, because. he does not interact with the system under his acc. And for him, too, there is no way to save the desktop [file]18728[/file] in general, this menu is a one-time kind of turns out.
