Viber contact card

When creating a chat with a client via viber, a card is automatically created under the name that the client called himself. We, if the client is already in the CRM under a different name, pull up the existing project. Questions:
1. Contact cards are duplicated (his name and ours),
2. when the client re-sms, the CRM recognizes only his name and does not pull up the history
3. You cannot view the history of correspondence from the card, but only from the project.
What are we doing wrong? Thank you.

Answers:

Are you merging a contact created from viber with an existing contact? This can be done if you delete the created contact and select "Merge with" instead of confirming the deletion
