How it works «Viber» #
The app allows to exchange messages with the clients with the help of messenger, when utilizing the public account. When a message is received, a new task will be created, where you can text with a client.
The main features:
- all messages from public account will go to OneBox events;
- you can convert events to tasks with the automated actions;
- you can reply to clients' messages from the task directly.
Keep in mind that texting is possible only with those contacts, who texted you first on the account and only if the app was connected prior the initial message received.
