Delay with automatic response (transition to a stage) in the BP of telegrams

The client has configured BP for working with Telegram chat https://ap-messages.1b.app/app/workflow/2/constructor/
At the "Clarifying E-mail" and "Request Type" stages, a message is sent to which the user needs to respond and the action to check the presence of a response "Check the presence of a telegram comment in the process and switch the stage"
After the client responds, the system moves to the next stage and sends the next message, but this is done only once a minute when the action is triggered
Question: Is it possible to somehow speed up the time of the automatic response (transition to the stage) so that it happens instantly after the client's response to the message? - What is the best way to implement it?

there are such procedures. Set them up and there will be an instant transition at the time of adding a comment from the client. Put the desired action there to jump to the desired stage, I think you will already figure out how to set it up, there are many options.
