Payments from Privat24 (personal card) stopped loading. From the evening of 11/25/22.
Cron is running.
No one changed the settings, but I checked - everything is correct - the merchant's password, etc. - everything matches.
Payments are loaded from the Privat current account. Namely from the card - they stopped pulling up after 13:42 (25.11.22)
What could be the problem?

Tell me where you saw it? But one more question, why did the monobank stop?

An official letter from a private person.
I also contacted the support staff today

Here they offer an alternative. Now I'm figuring it out https://privatbank.ua/business/intehratsiya?utm_medium=email&utm_addrid=3kUHWGfJreRd9AfcjGtYmw==&utm_source=privatbank&utm_term=130225&utm_jeref=MBID264CR0002228&utm_positionUrl=1&

Mono works, then you probably have some problems
Thus, MONO did not officially announce that it would stop working with the merchant

Colleagues, the question is very relevant, if you find a solution how to now withdraw payments from the card of a private individual - write. And since November 26, statements work correctly only for legal entities

It turns out that this Privat does not give information. Therefore, it will not be possible to set it up as before. So sorry. Decision options: 1. Create payments manually. 2. Upload amounts through a file. That is, make a statement through Privat24 and upload the amounts as a file. Our integrators set it up for us by sending such a file to the mail. Not very convenient, because the amounts will not be loaded in real time. But for those who don't care about speed, you can still set it up like this.

So. Privat24 for business works. Everything is ok there.

It seems that it is better to accept payments on the FOP card than to waste so much time processing data on payments to the card of individuals

Some payments are not credited to the FOP card. We talked to Privatbank about the problem, but they couldn't really explain. They said that there was some kind of currency conversion (although the payments were from a hryvnia card to a hryvnia card/account) Sometimes payments from other banks arrive after a few days. Sometimes - at all, they come and return to customers. That is why we write both a FOP card and a physical card to our clients. persons

well, the private account is needed for payments by clients of the private bank. They are all instantly enrolled. And if the client does NOT have a PRIVATBANK, then the monobank card will work perfectly, the payment import action is in the system, it works like a Swiss watch

If only clients understood it as well... :) Because they ask for a PrivatBank card, but they pay through various terminals, services, etc. When from another bank - that's half the trouble (at least the funds are returned to them normally).
