Guys, please fix the action "Import clients from Horoshop" does not work correctly. When adding a new contact, a group is not assigned to it, although the logs show that the group is assigned - https://prnt.sc/B2mB_OzBxrGQ.
Here are some examples of contacts:
- https://our-store.com.ua/app/contact/63368/
- https://our-store.com.ua/app/contact/63359/
Previously, I ordered a revision for this action, perhaps this is important https://1b.app/ru/forum/integrations-with-online-stores/18328-dorabotka-deystvie-import-klientov-iz-horoshop/
In the history you can see that the group is added but then apparently deleted by someone https://our-store.com.ua/app/history/users/63379/ Are you sure that none of the actions remove the user from the groups?

No, we don't have any actions, + the logs would show who the author of the group deletion was.
Pay attention to the logs: the old value is always "empty", and the new one is already filled in. I have an assumption that this is related to the API khoroshop, that is, the client is exported every hour (according to this action) as a new one. Also pay attention to the time when the group is assigned, just when the hourly cron passes

The logic there is that if the user is new or if he doesn't have any group, he is added to it. The user is added to the group, but after X hours he is no longer there and is added again. Well, okay, let's look at the new contact then, since you say that no one deletes it from the group. Create a new contact in horoshop and give his full name or phone number, I'll launch the action in the box and see what's going on there.

The action "Create a contact group: all clients from specified business processes" was not accidentally set for this group? I see that it is set for other groups, it clears the group before adding the necessary users there

I didn't understand how it works here. Can you explain it again?

Yes, there is such an action, I use it as shown on the screen. I can't understand, can this action interfere?

there is a group with 10 users. You set this action, select a group. When the action starts, it DELETES everyone from this group and adds only those who fit the condition specified in it.

Thank you for the explanation. You really opened my eyes, because I finally understood where I get my contacts without groups((((
