How it works «Knowledge base» #

It allows to create the records and instructions for the employees and partners. The app allows to make a record/standard mandatory for review, grant access to the standard for specific roles only, add tags and set up the record activity. You can make a record mandatory for review, if needed and the chosen contacts will get a notification about the obligation to read the record.

You can add a record to the knowledgebase through the word processor will all the standard features available.
