Is it possible to export or backup the "Knowledge Base"?

Good afternoon. The knowledge base is backed up on the server automatically along with the entire database of your system. As far as I know, there is no knowledge base export functionality.

There is no such possibility. If you want to export the database as an archive in which 1 article = 1 file, we can modify it. Takes about 5 hours to complete. Bill?
