How it works «CRM» #

CRM allows management of your deals in familiar interface with status-columns.

It is perfectly suitable for departments of sales and systemic project management - the ones, where there's evident linear status funnel and a need to drug the deals over it exists.

For example: new lead arrived > admitted to work in > demand identified > commercial offer sent out > feedback received > sale took place.

To begin with, create workflows with status stages in Workflows application, then install CRM app and specify the exact workflows and specific columns you want to be shown within application. 

You deals will be displayed in CRM automatically and you'll be able to drag them with your mouse over to the appropriate status (automatic processing on Workflows statuses will be launched automatically).

You need a CRM system?

Any manager or business owner knows for sure, that company's income directly depends on the efficiency of its employees' work. So how do you establish such conditions, which allow an employee to plan his own work, control to demand the minimum resources and to maximize the efficiency. This challenge hits everyone who deals with management and optimization of staff work. A new system, which allows to organize the work with clients and employees in a most cost-effective way was named CRM.

CRM, what is it?

CRM (Customer relationship manager) is a system, which allows to make work with clients more efficient, using the automation.
