Corporate IM and chat inside OneBox OS. It is all the way you are used to: you can create many chatrooms - private, public, with an individual or a group.
What's more interesting: the chat can be integrated with Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp etc.
If a client sends you a message via corporate IM, a request will be created in chat within OneBox OS and all the communication will be synchronized automatically.
This is what we call "a single window" for a company's contact center.
