Good day! Can someone tell me, I'm an admin in openbox, but I can't see the messages of other users. I can write myself, my messages are visible to them.

Answers:
Your contact card did not have a checkmark indicating that you are an employee. Because of this, you do not receive messages in the chat. After installing it, you will receive new messages like other employees
