How it works «Asterisk» #

It allows to enable integration and review information for the calls made through the Asterisk telephony by your employees. The information about who placed the calls and who received them, callers' and responders' numbers, the status and the date of the call, its channel and duration is available in a tabular form.

To get the data about the calls you'd need to connect your Asterisk to OneBox, and specify the extensions in the employees' cards.
