Call events are not being pulled correctly

Before moving the system to a new server, it worked as follows:
Outgoing calls from the employee who makes the call (internal number) are recorded in the events of the same employee
Incoming calls to an external number - come to another employee who is responsible for receiving calls.
And now, when an outgoing call is made from an internal number (for example, 901), the call event is pulled up to an employee whose card contains an external number (380...) for incoming calls.
