How it works:

1. The sales department received an order from a customer.
2. The system automatically checks the state of the warehouse and when the goods are not available or not enough, creates a purchase task.
3. Next, we process the application to the supplier according to the algorithm:

• we contact the supplier and check availability;
• when the goods are available, we inform the sales department of the delivery date;
• notify the finance department of the amount to be paid;
• received information about payment and shipment, we task the logistician with receiving the goods;
• we monitor the delivery status, integration with carriers may be required.
