Orders and payments have stopped coming to TsRM. they said that the daily crown stopped working. What it means? How to run it?

As I understand it, payments and orders are loaded by minute actions, and the daily krona cannot affect this in any way.
The minute crown was connected to an external resource at 12:14 p.m., which we did not know.
