OS: Box won't load

Guys, I have recently become more frequent cases of hanging Boxing.
The first time we noticed this problem somewhere at the beginning of this week. Then it began to appear more often in different actions, for example: when searching for a product by article, the drop-down list with products did not appear in 3.5 minutes (see the video https://youtu.be/KXynAPeE2Vc). Also, I noticed high drops on the graph in the "Server Load Control Panel" application.
Can you suggest what is the reason?

Now the load is not observed, neither on the graph nor on the server.
Perhaps this happens regularly at a certain time / after certain actions? Are there any "large" imports at this time?
