Good afternoon. Faced a problem...
When importing a product, it was previously possible to delete all filters/characteristics in Products.
Please tell me how this can be done now.
I need to remove all filters from all product cards!

When importing and exporting products, you can use the Fine settings for loading filters and suppliers setting and check the box "Delete old product filter values" If this checkbox is checked, all filters for updated products will be deleted.

Yes, I used this functionality before, it cleans the values and leaves the filters themselves with the product. There are 3k products and each has an average of 15 filters to manually clean, I can’t even imagine how long it takes;)

It clears the values of all filters for the product. If the product does not have a single filter value, then in the block with filters you will see several empty blank lines. If you see a filled filter there and an empty line in the field with a value, most likely you have pulled up the required filters from the category.

Strange, but nothing like what you describe. I even turned off the automation for loading characteristics
