Saving the result of the inventory performs a purely informational function. There is no way to switch to posting / writing off from it. You can simply save the changes and when you re-enter the inventory, you will see the goods that were previously added there

when you click "save changes" - the basket is not cleared, you can return to it later by simply selecting the same options when adding a recalculation (warehouse and basket)
if the "Save recalculation results" button is pressed, then the data from the current recounting basket is saved separately, and the basket itself is cleared. The data from there can be viewed and edited, but no more actions can be performed on them.
