Kicks out of personal account (Client account)

Good afternoon!
The system does not allow you to simultaneously sit under one account in the Client's Cabinet. Does not give parallel sessions.
Is there a setting to allow this?

Answers:

Good afternoon!
You can only use 1 account. It is impossible for several users to work simultaneously under one account and there are no settings.

Hmm .. however, let's say there is a client company, its employees place orders through the personal account. If we create a separate account for each of them, then they will not be associated with the "company". And orders will be divided into different "clients"

Yes that's right.
Inside the box, you can create a company and assign employees to it.
1 access = 1 session

that is, all the rules, client = company, employees = users, everyone has their own account, but the processes are formed for the client-company, and not for employees? So?

I answered you as part of your question regarding simultaneous sessions.
If you need to build processes regarding the company when orders will be formed by company employees - but they will be carried out within the company, not employees.
This is already a separate topic and a separate topic - you need to create a separate topic and describe in it what goal you are pursuing and what should happen as a result.
I can say in advance - yes, this can be configured as part of OneBox automation / But here you already need to specifically configure it.
Bottom line: You need to create a separate topic or contact your integrator for customization. If you do not have an integrator - then the list is here https://crm-onebox.com/en/integrators/
