Probably you were running out of space on the server, in connection with which some database tables "broke". The solution of this problem through our system administrator will take 1 hour of revision. Bill?

We have 57% free disk space on the server. That is, that is not the problem. There is an assumption from our hoster that there was some kind of failure in the CRM due to which the system was overloaded with long queries and the tables fell off. Are we right, or is the problem something else?

In the absence of arguments, this is nothing more than an assumption. I told you the reason for 95% of the case of broken tables. Actually, since you have your own hosting and a boxed version of the product, you can solve the problem on your own. Or use our services - I called an estimate of the cost of work. PS: if you were our cloud client on a paid plan, we would solve a similar issue for free as part of cloud client support.

We do not know what caused the database crash. When you restore the integrity of the database everything will work. Error log attached:

I did not ask you to solve the problem in the previous post. To do something, you must first understand what does not work. I asked, what is the reason that CRM does not work for us?

Issue an invoice for 1 hour of work to restore the Database. Send the invoice to ivan@marketmebeli.com. In what time frame will the work be done? After the restoration, I will receive an answer from you, for what reason did the database crash?

Have you sent an invoice for payment? I don't see it in the mail. If it's so hard to generate an invoice, can you restore the database now? The entire office is paralyzed. Payment will be as soon as your accountant sends an invoice or write details here.

We are not busy finding out the reasons for what happened and when, we will simply restore working capacity. The time is not clear (perhaps a couple of hours, I have been studying for an hour, but it still does not work ...).
