Good afternoon. This happens because telephony in pushes in the id field sends [id] => metkovcomua_102 or something similar. And initially, the integration was written so that a unique call identifier arrives at this id - id if simple. When real call ids are pushed into this field, and not user logins/numbers, the integration will start working correctly.
