When an incoming call to the first sim card, the call goes to the manager with extension number 301, if he did not pick up the phone, the call goes to another manager with extension number 201. But in the events it is shown that the call received a manager with 301 numbers, and not with 201. How, in this case, can you track the real statistics of received calls by managers?

Only by setting up integration with Asterisk via push requests (and not AMI) - and then on the telephony side you can configure (if there is an appropriate specialist) so that the correct data is sent when calling who called whom, etc.

Only by setting up integration with Asterisk via push requests (and not AMI) - and then on the telephony side you can configure (if there is an appropriate specialist) so that the correct data is sent when calling who called whom, etc.
