Tracking phone numbers that received a call

Good afternoon, at the moment we have Phonet telephony connected and we use a goip gateway for 8 SIM cards, there are several questions:
1. There is a need to track the phone number to which the incoming call was received and record this information in the business process, is it possible to implement this with Phonet telephony or do we need to look for something else.
2. The function to switch the call to another operator does not work, what are the options.
3. Is it possible to assign an internal telephone number (such as 901, 902, etc.) to several employees?

The API transmits the identification of the practitioner via the internal line, as well as by the number - it is also necessary to apply UTM tags, as it transmits the telephony itself (Binotel and Ringostat vmіє)
