Am I right in understanding that it is possible to confirm in the chat only through the jivo website, but it is impossible for Boxing to confirm?
Will the information get into Vanbox just after the chat is closed?

Yes, only messages get into OneBox as jivo webhook events, and we can create a process / add a comment to an existing one based on them.

It seems like not, but it probably depends on the webhook settings on the jivo side
