How it works «Jivosite» #
It allows to put chatbox to your online-shop. You'll be able to receive all events (emails, requests) to OneBox then. You'll be able to convert events from jivosite to processes for further work with them. There is a setting, that will allow you to display the chatbox at the admin panel. To enable the functionality, you would need to fill out a few fields in the app settings.
