Good day! For the integration with messengers (Telegram/Viber) to work correctly, you also need to enable the checkbox "Allow adding a user without contact details" in the settings /admin/shop/settings/table-and-orders/ . After that, the integration will work correctly.

Telegram does not give such information about the contact. Only the contact's chat-id (something like an internal Telegram ID).

For this situation, your best bet is to set up an action in the automation once per minute /admin/auto/action/minute/edit/ :
- Turn a Telegram message into a business process
- Turn a telegram message into a chat
As part of the 1st action, a task will be created in the specified BP where you can communicate either through the Comments Feed or through the Telegram Chat block (it must be displayed in the interface)
As part of the 2nd step, a classic chat will be created, which can be accessed from the Communication Center section.
