Good afternoon, faced such problem. We have an order stage - Cash on delivery received, which pays for the order. But today something went wrong and by clicking Cash on delivery received, the payment is made in double size, that is, the order, for example, for 1000, and the payment is made for 2000. The settings did not change. Help me to understand.

There is only 1 payment in the specified process, but the payment amount is greater than the amount of the process in which it was made. This is due to the fact that the amount under the process https://box.agro-him.com.ua/32465/ is also taken into account and, as a result, the payment amount increases by 2 times
Perhaps the subprocess was not created before or was created after the payment was made, which is why the payment amount was not doubled.
This problem can be fixed by one existing setting: in the "Make a payment" action there is a checkbox "Ignore the amount of the subprocess", check this box and, according to the current settings of the action, the payment amount = the amount of the process and will not duplicate the amount
