The process does not go to the stage

This order does not go to the "Shipped" stage (it gives an error):

When you go to the "Paid cash" stage, it goes to "Auto confirmation", although it should go to the "Shipped" stage.
Moreover, similar orders in the same business process are shipped perfectly, there are no errors.
Please fix the issue.

The fact of the matter is that there is no automatic transition to the “Auto confirmation” stage in any action or stage. You can transfer to "Auto confirmation" exclusively manually and only at the "In Processing" stage. Moreover, at the “Auto confirmation” stage, there is a ban on the transition if the “Application source” field is not equal to “Application” (screen 1). In this order, the specified field is empty, but it still switched to this stage.
At the same time, at the “Paid cash” stage, there is an instant transition to the “Shipped” stage (screen 2), where, in fact, this order should have switched.
It seems that the system confused the "Auto confirmation" stage with the "Shipped" stage. Since when you try to transfer to the “Shipped” stage manually, it gives an error when the fields are filled in (exactly what should be when you go to the “Auto confirmation” stage).
