Hello. Several ways:
1. /admin/shop/product/filter/block/ go here, add the "Show deleted products" block, filter the list of products with this block and the checkbox enabled, mark the necessary products and restore in the bulk changes panel
2. Go to the product card itself and in the drop-down menu at the top (where the tabs are selected) there will be a restore button

If you need to delete the products completely so that the products do not exist in the system, you can do this only through the database or the "Clear data about deleted products" once a day action.
