After updating on the OS, the Cabinet and its functionality do not work

Good day. I ran into a problem that after updating to the OS, my client's personal account stopped working.
As I understand it, after the transfer, everything should have been preserved that worked before.
I haven’t got used to the new system yet, so I couldn’t determine everything and everything, but I found out in person that the Add to Cart Button does not work, so it’s impossible to add the goods to the basket.
Also, the Client/Supplier stopped seeing their orders, which was previously configured.

Yes, after the cache, the goods began to be added to the basket, only orders are not displayed to the user.
