Email calendar task list

You need the ability to automatically send a letter to the mail at a specified time to selected employees of the company. Which will contain links to tasks in the Client Box that are scheduled for the current day. How it should work: At 09:00, the employees selected by the settings receive a letter in the text of which links to tasks in their Box from their calendar. Additionally, you need the ability to specify which BPs to take into account for such a mailing. I did not find a ready-made or similar action in Cron-actions or reports. Please clarify whether there are ready-made solutions? Is it possible to do such an action on this TOR? What's the clock?
