So whose side is the problem? Who is to blame for the database crash? It doesn't just happen like that. How do I understand the reason for the crash and avoid it in the future? So far, I can't even boot from a backup, no user can log into the box, all logins and passwords are incorrect, I can't recover my password, it just doesn't send anything to my email or phone, or it says access is denied. I get an error 500 because of my ID.

There is no admin, the integrator could not even restore from a backup, there is a login page, but it does not log in with any user data, it says the wrong combination, although everyone logged in to the problem. Please provide support, because the integrator cannot cope. Ready to pay for restoration

It's hard for me to say what the administrator did and in what sequence. I tried to restore from backup, but after restoring I can't log in, all users have the correct data, but the combination is incorrect. There were at least 5 users in the system, maybe even more

yes - restored the database on the 20th, because in the archives this is the closest date with maximum data. on the 21st there was about half of the data - the box did not even start. all the following days the backup was not made due to an error

The reason is that you didn't keep track of the space on the server, so it ended up under the DB - that's why everything broke for you
I see that the data was partially restored, the contact table is as if from scratch - why was it filled like that, where can I get a backup that is adequate for at least the 20th?

We had this problem a couple of years ago, restored everything from backup, cleared the memory and everything was fine. Yes, there can't be zero contacts, we have more than 23k orders, contacts, etc. We can provide access to the server. Only here it's a little inconvenient to communicate

In general, whoever climbed in should restore it, or return it to how it was, because now there is nothing to restore the system from, but your PAN who did all this and indicates where he found a full backup with all the data.

The reason why this happened is most likely that they did not monitor the space, and starting from the 14th at night when the backup was being made, it reached the table on which the space was running out - it crashed and the backup was not complete and went to the archive. Then, when the space was completely over, the combat database lost the integrity of the tables. The reason for the sharp increase in data was some settings with suppliers, since the table of changes in prices increased 50 times in a few days, here you can see better what you changed, I recommend setting up an action that monitors the space on the disk and notifies you in advance

Thank you, but they restored it as if it was at 7 pm, but we still can't log in because someone else is busy with the session, although none of us are logged in for obvious reasons - we simply didn't have access to the box. We also had an automatic logout set up if there is no action for 15 minutes, but we still can't log in.
We didn't keep track of the space, because, if I'm not mistaken, we previously ordered settings from you to automatically clean up unnecessary files, because it had already overflowed once. After that, the system worked without problems, and now it's happening again.
But you also write that the reason is the settings with suppliers. We haven't changed anything in this regard, and we have the only supplier with an integrated price list - we have already requested information from them whether they have changed something, but we will only receive a comment tomorrow. How can this situation be controlled so that it does not happen again? Earlier in the comments, some application was recommended, maybe even yours, to monitor the server status, but of course, it is desirable to have system notifications from the box itself and at the same time, actions are taken that would protect the system itself first of all and no actions of suppliers could affect the system in this way, but were blocked with a warning in one of our tg groups, to which notifications from the box are now coming.
It would be nice if you pointed out specific attributes from which we could understand the sources of this problem.
There was a letter like this from KSM just before all this happened, although they said the changes started on the 19th, but you say it started on the 14th
