I used to buy the Onebox version to install on my server. It just stopped working. Makes a redirection of the page at the entrance to itself. How can I repair it?

Good day It looks like you have a database or disk problem - I see broken tables in the database. If you have a box on your server, then you have 2 solutions: - solve the issue with the help of your system administrator, who is engaged in supporting your server and onebox - solve the problem with the help of our specialist - in 3 hours, he will analyze the database and the disk on your server, and if possible - repair or provide the following recommendations for your server (if the solution does not depend on us, for example, disk replacement) If you need to issue an invoice to resolve the issue with the help of our specialist - respond in this topic. Have a nice day.

From what I was able to analyze with limited access, it is most likely that you had problems with disk space, which led to damage to the tables in the database. But the good thing here is that the critical tables were not damaged - and since we do not have access to the database files on the server (I understand you have some kind of hosting) - we made changes to the configuration to work with the new tables in the database. At the moment, the system's operation, as far as I can see, has been restored.
