We have ordered the OneBox OS migration service and are taking an additional server. In this world, we ask you to optimize the operation of the program and eliminate the inhibition of the work of our website and OneBox CRM, which occurred from the middle of February and lasts from 9:00 to 11:00 from Monday to Saturday inclusive. Loading the pages of the program takes up to several minutes, or the site freezes altogether, which greatly harms the operation of our online store, we lose customers and profits. We contacted technical support of Hosting, where they gave us the following answer:
1. you see the problem that there is not enough processor.
2. log in to ssh, run the top command, look at the st % parameter. This is the third line, the rightmost parameter.
3. you see that st is less than 2%, that is, you get the power of ALL the cores you paid for on the VPS.
Run the top command
and see which processes use the most resources, and then do optimization.
