Your box is on your server/hosting that you pay for. You cannot have access to it. Also, your system is on the green-revolution branch, i.e. I can't help you clean up space on the server, because the system on this branch is not supported.

doc and pdf files can be generated by the system based on documents, as well as files you uploaded. Everything that is in the folder with onebox is necessary for the correct operation of the system. Only the contents of log/ can be deleted, and then only files with a date in their name.
