The problem is a long status switching / process copying

Please help to find the cause of Box's slowdown, there is a long triggering of status switching, a long creation of a copy of the process, when adding a product, we can simply not see the product for 20 seconds and only after that we see 5 identical ones already added, also for several days in a row at 10 in the morning such a drawdown , we are not working on the server at this time. Using the example in the video, I copy the process (via the standard copy button), until the new process appears for more than 30 seconds, despite the fact that lately we have not added anything at the starting stage (the last time it has been a year), I also limit the saving procedures to execution at certain stages and at the start there is nothing new. With what it can be connected? Maybe it's time for us to do something with the server? Please provide recommendations. Thanks

Yes:
1. Use fewer products, orders, users in the system
2. Remove some of the actions that work once a minute, an hour from stages, automation
3. Wherever possible, reduce the number of actions in general.
or just upgrade the server to a more powerful one if this one doesn't take it out.
There is another option to optimize the load on your server, but you refuse this - accordingly, until you find the reason you yourself (which is unlikely) will suffer.

Yes, we would not mind, but the estimate of 1-10 hours is too wide, if 10 hours comes out, it will not be ok for us at all. At the same time, I understand that you cannot give an accurate assessment, since you will receive it only in the process.

Or all the same in terms of server load and server optimization?
Also, colleagues responsible for the server ask: Why is all swap involved with free ram? Is the lack or use of swap the reason for the slow server performance?

4. I observe such a problem: when switching to a stage (sometimes) when a button is clicked, the buttons turn gray and the page freezes in this state forever. You have to refresh the page and click again. From the second time everything works quickly.
Sometimes there is a red error at the bottom right (this has never happened before) with the text "an error occurred. The connection to the server was lost"
Perhaps there is a problem with the server itself? Can this be tested?
