Hi usim! They recently robbed us on our site https://bezpeka.club/ vikno, what is posted (like a chat with a manager). My opinion (not claiming to be true):
When you visit the site for the first time - everything that will climb out - infuriates.
When you come in for the 10th time - it's normal, it's usually easier to ask a live person.
But, the developers of online consultants, all as one, forget to make the setting "show annoying windows only 10 days after the first visit." Therefore, you have to pervert and attach such a thing yourself.
I haven’t looked at the exact numbers for a long time, but we will have 4-5 leads per 1000 unique visitors through online chat.
But, we have a person constantly sitting and watching him. If you do not answer there promptly or "oh, there is no one, leave your mail and we will answer you" - then it infuriates even more :)
