I'm trying to import product images.
The title of the image is exactly the same as the title of the product.
Registered the template "Upload pictures according to the template:"
But when downloading, it gives an error "FTP image download error"
The path is correct, it finds images but does not load them
What could be wrong?

Good afternoon, you need to physically go to the server and print why this is happening, most likely the wrong path for fpt is registered or there is no connection to it at all. I can help you set it up, it will take about an hour to finish. Bill?

Here is the log. From it you can understand that the path is right. Each image is processed and for each a separate error. If the path had been incorrectly specified, they would not have been found

In addition, the text of the error speaks for itself "image download error", that is, an error during download

Can you describe how to correctly fill out the template for the time being? Should it be a regular expression? Give an example? What is the difference between the settings: "Upload images by template" and "Save images in the system by template"? And why is the product at the beginning of the template example? What does it mean? All this is not in the documentation, I think I have the right to get answers to these questions. If you can’t set it up after that, then we will already ask for help.

Well, in the template, as far as I can see, everything is fine with you. For it to work, the name of the image must match the name of the product in which you want to upload this image.
Andrey wrote: What is the difference between the settings: "Upload images by template" and "Save images in the system by template"?
1. How the image is searched 2. Template for what name to save the picture under
Andrey wrote: And why is the product at the beginning of the template example? What does it mean?
this means that the image name for the template looks like product-11-any text, where 11 is the product id

OK. Judging by this, everything is ok with the template. I’ll check with the hosting if there are any restrictions on their part, then we’ll think further

Let's you check, if the jamb is not on your side, then issue an invoice. There is no size limit, file format?

Andrey, I wrote what I need to solve your problem. I can issue you an invoice and start solving it, or we can continue to communicate with you on this topic, whichever is more convenient for you.
