Help with download template. Product Image Integration (Import) Template Help

I'm trying to import product images.
The title of the image is exactly the same as the title of the product.
Registered the template "Upload pictures according to the template:"
But when downloading, it gives an error "FTP image download error"
The path is correct, it finds images but does not load them
What could be wrong?

Here is the log. From it you can understand that the path is right. Each image is processed and for each a separate error.
If the path had been incorrectly specified, they would not have been found

try checking the ftp passive checkbox in the settings, it often helps. If it doesn't help, you'll have to look.

Can you describe how to correctly fill out the template for the time being? Should it be a regular expression?
Give an example?
What is the difference between the settings: "Upload images by template" and "Save images in the system by template"?
And why is the product at the beginning of the template example? What does it mean?
All this is not in the documentation, I think I have the right to get answers to these questions.

Well, in the template, as far as I can see, everything is fine with you. For it to work, the name of the image must match the name of the product in which you want to upload this image.
