Processes for automatic action were not created

Hello.
There is an action "to generate BP on groups" in the set days and time.
Processes were not generated for the entire group. Example for contacts where BPs were created correctly: https://om24.1b.app/app/contact/1462/ and https://om24.1b.app/app/contact/1472/
An example where processes in a given group were not created at a given time: https://om24.1b.app/app/contact/1242/
What could be the reason?

Processes were created only when the checkbox "Create processes every day" was checked. It was created for the entire specified group, and on the scheduled day, the processes were created randomly. Tell me what could be the reason?

the action does not run on any other day than the 7th of each month with these settings. Perhaps you have a task repetition action in your bp and this is why new orders are created or something else.

On a given day and at a given time, the action "generate BP by contact groups" was set
The first processes were created for the given group. Then the given date came and the processes were created randomly by group. Regardless of the status of the process, etc.
Those. out of 264, only 36 new ones were created.
During subsequent test runs, the above situation occurred.
And only when the checkbox in this action "Create processes every day" was checked, the creation of processes was generated correctly on the specified day and time.
Tested on several boxes.
It's just that if Boxing is on the "for data" tariff, it is this checkbox "create processes every day" that is misleading.
Maybe, as an option, add "Create processes every day and at the specified date and time"?

I did not specify in the previous comment that the given date was in the new month.
And on it, processes were created randomly for a group of clients.
New tasks are not needed every day.
Processes are created on a given date for the entire selected group of clients with the "create every day" checkbox enabled. Xs why so, but it worked when testing on 2 different Boxes)))

if you check the box, the current date is added to it.
In the first case, the action finds the old tasks that you have already created in this bp for this user for this group. And when you turn on the checkbox, it does not find such processes and creates new ones.
