Prices and product availability are not automatically recalculated after supplier product updates

After downloading the price list (xlsx) of the supplier (https://core.extraparts.com.ua/app/supplier/step/index/, ID30), the data on the quantity, purchase price, update date in the Product Suppliers has changed.
Checkboxes marked:
- "Recalculate the price of the product after updating the products of suppliers"
- "Recalculate the price with suppliers and warehouses"
- "Recalculate availability with suppliers and warehouses"
- "Available from supplier"
- "Synchronizable"
But in the product card itself, information about availability, purchase price and sale price does not change (prices are not automatically recalculated).

If you import information about the balance and price through the application "CMS ExtraParts" (https://1b.app/ru/app/extraparts/), then in the product card itself, the information on the availability is updated, but the price data is not.
What other reason might the automatic Recalculation of Availability and Product Prices not work after updating the suppliers' products?

Thank you for responding.
But I have familiarized myself with the operation of the application, the markup rules have been established, and the ticks have been ticked. Before the manual start, the recalculation happens correctly, but after the price update, it does not happen automatically.
That's why I turned to the forum.

I just checked and for id 1629923, updated the information about the balance and the purchase price from the supplier, but the automatic recalculation of the price did not occur.
I did not configure the action of forced recalculation of all prices and balances at the specified time, since automatic recalculation is needed after changing prices and balances at suppliers.

Application Recalculation of prices and availability - set up markups, experimented with the settings, everything works when manually launched, but when changing suppliers' products, recalculation does not occur automatically.

I see there are some changes.
Automatic Recalculation of Prices and Product Availability began to work after updating the products of suppliers only through the Download of the Price List (xlsx) of the supplier.
The Pricing and Availability Recalculation application includes the following settings:
- "Recalculate the price of the product after updating the products of suppliers"
- "Recalculate product prices when information about suppliers changes"
But automatic Pricing and Availability Recalculation does not occur after updating vendor products via:
1. Application "CMS ExtraParts" (https://1b.app/en/app/extraparts/)
2. Manual update of the purchase price of the supplier of the product.
How can this problem be solved?
