You have the signature Rattan&**** - it refers to a turbosms that does not send SMS to these countries. In sms4b you have the signature Rattan**** - with this signature you need to send messages through the sms4b service.

Or not everywhere? Where exactly should the name be corrected? We fixed it in sms4b settings, in business processes. No messages are sent at all, either automatically from business processes or manually

If so, can you provide a link to the process where SMS is not being sent from now - I will check what response we receive from the provider, maybe there is some kind of technical / billing error on their part (which will become more clear what is wrong)?
