If you don't have ssh access to the server, we can provide it for you. There is no functionality in our system that allows you to edit a file on the server. Editing the htaccess file won't help you. the server uses nginx, which does not read the htaccess file. If we are talking about the m.forled.com.ua domain, then redirection is configured. When you try to go to http://m.forled.com.ua you will be taken to https://forled.com.ua The certificate for the m.forled.com.ua domain has expired. To redirect from https://m.forled.com.ua you need a valid certificate.
