ce box client, we integrated the gmail mail, and all the sheets from the box end up in spam. If you write to google to verify the site (https://prnt.sc/w3ye1i), then the lists will be sent to spam:

You are not sending anything from the gnp.crm-onebox.com domain.
In this case, onebox acts as an email client (same as Thunderbird or The Bat!),
which connects to the gmail.com mail server account and sends letters on behalf of this account.
All letters go from the mailbox specified in the box settings sales.xxxxxxxs@gmail.com.
Therefore, it is not entirely clear how confirmation of the crm-onebox.com domain will help you when sending emails.
