Thanks for the answer! We found out another thing, that when you give out mobile internet from Kyivstar - the site does not work, but everything works fine with Vodafone. Some nuances with the network...

It is not entirely clear what you did... You have installed a certificate issued by: Sectigo Limited, expiration date: Friday, February 17, 2023, 01:59:59 If you want to renew the certificate, you need: - Go to the Personal account where you bought the certificate; - Perform all actions related to the renewal of the certificate (pay, order, undergo domain verification); - Received certificate files; - Install the certificate files on the server.
Good day.
Your system is currently available.

Is it possible to find out on a remote server about restrictions on access to it? Our host replied: "Your A-record of the subdomain crm.stl-grupp.com does not point to your hosting account, but to a third-party one. Perhaps this was specified to set up a working CRM, since its files are not stored on your hosting "

The question is not about the certificate in this case, but about the fact that there is no access to the system from the Kyivstar mobile Internet, can there be any restrictions written in the settings on the remote server? (screenshot with mobile access from Kyivstar). Now the office is without fixed Internet, and there is no access at all from a mobile phone

Your domain will point to a server with IPV4 185.149.40.79 and IPV6 2a00:7a60:0:103b::1 (You can check by executing the nslookup command) There are no restrictions on connections on the server.

You can always make sure the server is available by tracing the route from your office to the server and see where packets are lost. If this is a problem with the provider (as I understand it now, it's Kyivstar), then you should contact the provider with questions. Tracing tools are available in all OSes.

Can you help with this? Payment for services. It's all very interesting to me, but I don't understand anything. Tried tracing - here is the result
