your system is on some strange virtual machine where the load is given by other systems from other virtual machines in general, I don’t know where you transferred the system, but it doesn’t belong there - buy a separate virtual machine on a hetzner better

the server will not be more expensive than the hetzner one, we plan to transfer 4 hours of work with a rate of $25. Until you have seen your internally, it is difficult to say how much time it will take to eliminate the "bulb", but I think no more than two hours.

1) I'm trying to cancel all new orders https://cabinet.tehnolavka.com.ua/app/workflowtype-order/?statusid%5B%5D=67&filterdeliverynote=&ok=1, select everything, set Cancel (out of stock) and start loading , waited a long time and so nothing was canceled. 2) I recalculate prices https://cabinet.tehnolavka.com.ua/app/productmargin/ but it does not recalculate. 3) I want to put the status "out of stock" on the goods https://cabinet.tehnolavka.com.ua/app/product/?filter_show_avail=1 , but it doesn't work, just nothing happens (waited for several days)
