I don't receive email requests after clicking the "report when available" button in the app

There is a partner account https://crm-onebox.com/ru/user/21/ it contains data this contact is tied to the company https://crm-onebox.com/ru/partner /shebo/ , then posted the application from shebo https://crm-onebox.com/ru/app/system-configuration-for-the-electricity-supplier/ I go under the client account I press the button report when appears. After that, according to the contact details that are indicated https://crm-onebox.com/en/user/21/, no request comes to the mail that the client was interested in the application. During the day I tried to send a request several times. Please fix it.
